I am totally ripping off the tribute post idea from Kim, but hey, there could be worse things than having two people post tributes to a loved one, right?
Hellllloooo, Josh-u-aaa. Happy Birthday! What do you mean you're not 30 yet? Geez.... what's taking you so long? I came across this video the other day and thought it was a good time to show it off. Thanks for being such a great brother and awesome, doting uncle to our little man! We love you!
